Return Policy:

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us at bookishbirdco@gmail.com and we will either send a replacement or offer you a full refund.  Please note that for damaged items, we will request you provide photos of the damage as well as any damage to the shipping box/envelope if applicable.

Order Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order.  We are able to cancel an order within 24 hours of when the order was placed.  If you want to cancel the order after the initial 24 hour period has passed, please provide a reason for the cancellation and we will review the order and let you know if the cancellation is approved.  Please note that we are conscious of getting your orders out in a timely fashion and after the 24 hour cancellation period, we have likely started working on the items in your order.
